Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@gloryinternationalllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at info@gloryinternationalllc.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
